Refund Policy

At YardPilot, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new accounts. During this time, you can explore YardPilot without any payment obligation. No refund is needed as no payment is taken.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for annual plans are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Within 14 days: Full refund available upon request
- After 14 days: No refund, but access continues until period ends
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Account & Billing in YardPilot
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription
- You were charged an incorrect amount
- You experienced a significant service outage
- Annual subscription cancelled within 14 days
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- SMS credits (once purchased)
- Additional storage add-ons (used portion)
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Partial month usage
6. Refund Process
If you're eligible for a refund:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued
7. Account Data
Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting important information before cancelling.
8. Reactivation
If you cancel and later wish to return, you can reactivate your account. Data may be available if you return within 30 days of cancellation.
9. Disputes
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute, please contact us before disputing with your bank. We're happy to resolve issues directly.
